在当前,随着教学条件的改善,小班化教学成为教学成效提升的有效尝试。在班级学生数下降的前提下,教师与学生之间能够形成更为有效的互动,对教学过程节奏与氛围的掌控效果也更为明显。在小班化数学教学背景下,教师要转变传统的教学理念,从教学载体、氛围、过程以及检测等各个环节进行相应的调整,使其与小班化教学的理念模式相适应,更好地提升教学成效。笔者在教学中从以下几个方面着手,有效提升了小班化数学课堂教学
