介绍了华北水利水电学院在测控技术与仪器本科专业建设中所做的探索工作,提出了“一个平台,两个方向”的人才培养体系,对人才培养体系中的专业定位、培养目标、课程体系、实践性教学环节以及师资队伍的建设进行了探讨。并对如何培养适应社会需求的测控专业应用型人才进行了研究,介绍了测控技术与仪器本科专业人才培养方案实施的初步效果。
