对青海、甘肃两地空心茎秆小麦抗麦茎蜂机制进行了初步研究。结果表明,断茎率与植株成熟时的株高、各节间长度、外径、干重呈正相关,与分蘖数、茎秆各节间实心率负相关。抗虫小麦品系在麦茎蜂产卵期茎壁较厚,不利于麦茎蜂产卵;麦茎蜂幼虫取食时,茎秆内物质向其它部位运输,茎壁厚度下降至低于感虫品种,因而可能使幼虫所需营养物质的摄入量不足而使其生长发育受到影响。同时抗虫品系茎秆各部位养分较早向外运出,也可能对幼虫营养摄入造成影响。对小麦抗麦茎蜂机制的研究应从植株生长发育的动态过程进行综合考虑。
The mechanism of stem-resistant bee-hives against hollow stalk wheat in Qinghai and Gansu provinces was studied. The results showed that the rate of broken stem was positively correlated with the plant height, length of each internode, diameter and dry weight of the plants, and was negatively correlated with tiller number and solid ratio of stems. Insect-resistant wheat lines had thicker stem walls during the spawning period of wheat stem bees and were not conducive to the spawning of the stems. When the stems and bee-larvae fed on the stems, the contents of the stems were transported to other sites, Species, which may make larvae lack of nutrients needed to make its growth and development are affected. At the same time, the nutrients of various parts of the stems of insect-resistant strains were transported out earlier than before, which may also affect the nutritional intake of the larvae. The research on the mechanism of wheat anti-stem-beekeeping should be considered synthetically from the dynamic process of plant growth and development.
