当前,经济全球化、世界多极化的深入发展,总体和平稳定但仍有不稳定的因素存在,促进我国经济社会大发展的同时,也随时会给我国带来各种风险和挑战。国内经济社会飞速发展,但各种矛盾和问题也日益凸显;经济社会的变革使党情发生深刻变化。在新形势下,面对如此复杂的世情、国情、党情,机关事业单位作为我党重要执政部门,如何加强党建工作,如何提高抵御各种风险的能力和水平提出了新要求和新考验。
At present, the deepening development of economic globalization and the world multipolarization as well as the overall peace and stability but still having instability exist, and at the same time promoting the great economic and social development of our country, we at all times bring all kinds of risks and challenges to our country. The rapid economic and social development in our country has brought about a sudden increase in various contradictions and problems. The economic and social changes have brought about profound changes in the party’s conditions. Under the new situation, in the face of such a complicated world situation, the national conditions, party conditions, organs and public institutions as the important governing unit of our party have put forward new requirements and new tests on how to strengthen the party building work and enhance the ability and level of resistance to various risks.
