近两年,在新体制、新政策下,中国的企业才开始了并购。在海外扩张中,政府很支持,中介机构也都以利好的心理加以鼓励,企业自身也有收购资金,可就是往往看不到收购后的整合对企业资源的要求。其实即使是在欧美,也只有1/3的并购是成功的。成功收购只是个开始,成功地完成整合才是关键。对于缺乏并购经验的中国企业来讲,需要更多的时间和努力才能完成并购后的整合。
In the past two years, under the new system and new policy, Chinese enterprises started to merge. In overseas expansion, the government is very supportive, intermediaries are also encouraged by good psychology, the company itself also has the acquisition of funds, but often do not see the post-acquisition integration of corporate resources requirements. In fact, even in Europe and the United States, only 1/3 of the mergers and acquisitions is successful. Successful acquisition is only the beginning, the successful completion of the integration is the key. For Chinese companies that lack M & A experience, more time and effort is required to complete the post-merger integration.
