一、概况86年3月以来,我们开始进行初中学生学习能力的系列化研究,共分成三个阶段;(1)初测阶段。我们参考美国大学入学考试委员会主办的学习能力考试(简称SAT考试)的编制理论和苏联克鲁捷茨基的数学学习能力结构成份模式,编制出一套测验题,包括语文和数学两大部份,在本市范围内进行了抽样测试,共测9个区35所中学64个班级的2510名初中毕业生。结果表明,该测验作为衡量初中毕业生学习能力的工具是可靠、有效的,有一定的鉴别能力。在试测的基础上制订了重点和非重点中学的常模。(2)复测阶段。为了提高科学命题的水平和完善测试工作,87年开始我们再次按照能力分类表进行命题组卷,先后两次在本市4千多名初
