激活农牧区文化活力,必须以建设社会主义核心价值体系为统领,切实提高文化自觉。首先,要教育引导广大干部树立高度的文化自觉。要强化实践意识,提高实践能力,抓住机遇,乘势而上,以更加昂扬的精神状态、更加扎实的工作举措,不断开创文化建设的新局面。要充分发挥党员干部的先锋模范作用,坚持从我做起,从具体工作做起,带领广大农牧民积极参与,在农牧区形成自觉实践社会主义核心价值体系和文化民生的良好氛围。其次,应善于区分农牧区文化中的精华与糟粕。
To activate the cultural vitality in rural and pastoral areas, we must take the construction of a socialist core value system as a guide and effectively raise cultural awareness. First, we must educate and guide cadres to establish a high degree of cultural awareness. We should strengthen our practical awareness, improve our practical abilities, seize the opportunities and take advantage of the momentum to work harder in a more energetic spirit and in a more solid manner and create a new situation in cultural development. We must give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members and cadres, insist on starting from me and starting from concrete work, leading the broad masses of peasants and herdsmen to take an active part in forming a good atmosphere of consciously practicing the socialist core value system and cultural livelihood in rural and pastoral areas. Second, we should be good at distinguishing the essence and dross in the culture of agriculture and pastoral areas.
