为了分析胶济线采空区的注浆加固的范围及加固后的沉降控制,运用FLAC3D对不同加固范围情况下的采空区稳定性进行了数值分析。根据现场实际情况,选取了代表性的断面进行了计算。分析结果表明:①按照设计加固宽度,维护带20m处的沉降量0.088 mm;②相同情况下的采空区的稳定加固宽度不小于50 m;③验证了加固设计的合理性。
In order to analyze the range of grouting reinforcement and the settlement control after reinforcement, the numerical analysis of the stability of goaf with different reinforcement range is carried out by using FLAC3D. According to the actual situation in the field, a representative section was selected for calculation. The results show that: ① According to the design reinforcement width, the settlement of the maintenance belt at 20m is 0.088mm; ② The stable reinforcement width of the goaf under the same conditions is not less than 50m; ③ The rationality of reinforcement design is verified.
