建立了地铁火灾的能量释放事故模型,该模型把地铁系统中存在的能量和危险物质视为火灾的危险源,而能量与危险物质的意外释放将可能导致地铁火灾的发生。在基于该模型的基础上,提出在地铁火灾的孕育期通过控制能量和危险物质来防止火灾的发生,在发生期通过加强对系统设施和人员的防护来降低火灾的伤害与损失,即“屏蔽-防护”的地铁火灾防治思路。
An energy release accident model of metro fire was established. The model considers the energy and dangerous substances present in the subway system as a fire hazard source. Accidental release of energy and dangerous substances may lead to the occurrence of a subway fire. Based on the model, it is proposed to prevent fire by controlling energy and dangerous substances in the incubation period of subway fire, and to reduce the damage and loss of fire during the period by strengthening the protection of system facilities and personnel, namely, “shielding - Protection ”subway fire prevention ideas.
