应用双桥 PAP 法对新近3例肾综合征出血热(HFRS)尸检组织进行了系统免疫复合物(IgG、IgM、IgA)和补体(C_3,C_(1q))沉积物的检测,结果所测脏器绝大多数出现阳性;肾脏、大脑、心、肺、垂体、睾丸等组织明显阳性。阳性以 IgG、IgM 和 C_3为强,组织中阳性主要为小血管和毛细血管基底膜及部分内皮细胞。除肾脏、胰腺和某些内分泌腺(肾上腺、脑垂体、甲状腺、胰腺、睾丸)的实质细胞可见阳性外,多数组织实质细胞为弱阳性或阴性。分析和探讨了免疫复合物和补体在 HFRS 发病过程中的意义。
The double-bridge PAP method was used to detect the systemic immunocomplex (IgG, IgM, IgA) and complement (C_3, C_ (1q)) deposition in the autopsy tissues of 3 hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) The vast majority of organs appear positive; kidney, brain, heart, lung, pituitary, testis and other organizations was significantly positive. Positive with IgG, IgM and C_3 is strong, the positive tissue mainly for small blood vessels and capillary basement membrane and some endothelial cells. In addition to the positive cells of the kidney, pancreas and some endocrine glands (adrenal, pituitary, thyroid, pancreas, testis), most of the tissue parenchyma cells were weakly positive or negative. The significance of immune complexes and complement in the pathogenesis of HFRS was analyzed and discussed.
