近几年来层出不穷的食品安全事件使我国当前食品安全问题日益突出。对于食品供应链,任何一个环节的出错都会给整条供应链带来巨大损失。从整个食品供应链的角度出发构建食品供应链安全等级评价指标体系,运用可拓评价方法建立可拓评价模型,并以乳制品供应链为例进行实证研究。评价结果和实际基本一致,验证了该模型的可行性,对保障食品供应链的安全和优化企业供应链合作伙伴选择有重要参考价值。
In recent years, an endless stream of food safety incidents make our country’s current food safety issues become increasingly prominent. For the food supply chain, any part of the error will bring huge losses to the entire supply chain. From the perspective of the whole food supply chain, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of food supply chain security level, establishes the extension evaluation model by using the extension evaluation method, and takes the dairy product supply chain as an example to carry on the empirical research. The evaluation results are basically the same as the actual ones, and the feasibility of the model is verified. It has important reference value for ensuring the safety of the food supply chain and optimizing the choice of the supply chain partners in the enterprise.
