对施工阶段的工程造价进行有效控制,能够大力提高企业的盈利能力和经济效益。我国目前施工阶段的工程造价控制存在质量与成本不协调的状态。本文就针对施工阶段控制工程造价的有效措施进行研究。
Effective control of construction costs during the construction phase can greatly enhance the profitability and economic efficiency of enterprises. At present, the project cost control in construction phase in our country is in an uncoordinated state of quality and cost. This paper studies the effective measures for controlling the construction cost in the construction stage.
