黑龙江省哈尔滨市复华小学始建于1928年,以优良的校风、优质的教学、优秀的管理享誉冰城内外。学校现有43个教学班,教职员工110人,2600多名学生。有国家级优秀教师4人,特级教师2人,省级以上名优骨干教师占全较教师的45.7%。学校先后获得全国红旗大队、全国体育基点校、全国绿色学校、市首批现代信息技术示范较等几十项荣誉称号,连续十届当选哈尔滨市劳模单位,2004年获得了黑龙江省“五一”劳动奖状。复华小学是一所充满生机和活力的学校,创新是其不断走向辉煌的动力和源泉。学校提出了“培养学生良好习惯,打好可持续发展基础”的办学理念,以整体改革为契机,以创新管理机制为突破口,建立了有利于教师、学生可持续发展的新型的评价体系,用制度创新提升了学校的整体办学水平。近年来,学校各学科的百余节公开课,分别在国家、省及市级获奖。复华小学是一所“没有围墙”的学校,用信息化带动教育现代化,打造教育品牌,提升教育品位,是学校一贯坚持的办学方向。学校以超前的意识建起了全市第一个现代化校园网,实现了无纸化办公。网上德育、网上教学、网上评价使学校走出了一条独具特色的民主、互动、开放的现代化办学之路。
Harbin, Heilongjiang Province Fuhua Primary School was founded in 1928, with excellent school spirit, high quality teaching, excellent management reputation inside and outside the ice city.
