《公证法》明确规定了公证员和公证机构的过错赔偿责任制度,但在公证实践中,一些公证人员对公证过错仍有不同的理解,本文一方面对公证过错之内涵加以剖析,一方面对现实困惑作出解答,以期对广大公证人员在实践中更加准确地把握公证过错这一概念有所裨益。
