目的探讨细菌性阴道病快速检测卡检测细菌性阴道病(BV)的临床应用价值。方法取268例疑为细菌性阴道病的标本,同时用Amsel法和细菌性阴道病快速检测卡法进行对比检测。结果与传统的Amsel法相比,细菌性阴道病快速检测卡法诊断细菌性阴道病(BV)的敏感性为91.9%,特异性为95.1%,两者符合率为94.4%。结论细菌性阴道病快速检测卡法是一种简便、快速的检测细菌性阴道病(BV)的方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of bacterial vaginosis rapid test card for the detection of bacterial vaginosis (BV). Methods A total of 268 specimens of suspected bacterial vaginosis were collected, and the Amsel method and bacterial vaginosis were used for rapid detection of contrast-testing. Results Compared with the traditional Amsel method, the sensitivity and specificity of bacterial vaginosis rapid test card in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis (BV) were 91.9% and 95.1%, respectively. The coincidence rate was 94.4%. Conclusion Bacterial vaginosis rapid test card method is a simple and rapid method for the detection of bacterial vaginosis (BV), worthy of clinical application.
