万峰林景区位于贵州省黔西南布依族苗族自治州兴义市。它地处黔、桂、滇三省区结合部,有“一水连三省”的美誉。这里分布着成千上万座翡翠一般的奇峰秀岩,是中国三大喀斯特地形地貌区之一,也是国家级风景名胜区马岭河峡谷的重要组成部分。万峰林起自海拔两千多米的七梆高原,沿着万峰湖北岸、黄泥河东岸缓缓展开,逶進绵延至安龙、贞丰等地,长约两百公里,宽三四十公里,总面积约2200平方公里,占兴义市总面积的三分之二
