4.柴油机的调整和保养柴油机使用一段时间后,会因零件间的相互磨损、气体压力、惯性力和各种外力的作用,以及灰尘雨水的侵蚀、紧固件的松动,使得柴油机处于不正常的状况下工作。合理、及时的调整保养工作是提高柴油机使用可靠性的重要措施。 (1) 气门间隙的调整气门间隙不定期调整或调整不当会造成配气相位紊乱,直接导致柴油机燃烧恶化,功率下降。调整的方法是:拆下气缸罩盖,转动飞轮使活塞处于压缩上止点位置
