2008年美国遭遇了“百年一遇”的金融危机。一系列突如其来的“变故”使得世界各国极为震惊。由于美国经济的巨大影响力,这场金融危机已经扩展为世界金融危机,并向世界经济危机延伸。面对正在向经济危机延伸的当前世界金融危机,具有不同阶级立场的学者作出了不同的解读。本文运用马克思政治经济学作为分析武器,解析了这一危机的直接原因与深层原因。指出这场危机爆发的必然性,即是资本主义基本矛盾的总爆发,其根源在于资本主义经济制度本身。我国应对这场危机影响的首要任务,是巩固公有制为主体的社会主义经济制度,以民为本,坚持社会主义生产目的,提高广大劳动群众的生活消费水平。应采取多种措施,尽快促进广大劳动群众有支付能力的需求的大幅增长。
In 2008, the United States experienced the financial crisis of “once in a while”. A series of sudden “Incident ” makes all countries in the world extremely shocked. Due to the tremendous influence of the U.S. economy, the financial crisis has expanded into a world financial crisis and an extension to the world economic crisis. Faced with the current global financial crisis that is extending to the economic crisis, scholars with different class positions have made different interpretations. This article uses Marx’s political economy as a weapon for analysis and analyzes the direct and deep causes of this crisis. Pointing out the inevitability of the crisis, that is, the total outbreak of the fundamental contradictions of capitalism, the root cause lies in the capitalist economic system itself. The primary task of our country in coping with the crisis is to consolidate the socialist economic system with public ownership as the mainstay, adhere to the objective of socialism and raise the standard of living of the majority of working people. Various measures should be taken to promote as soon as possible the substantial increase in the demand of the vast working masses for their ability to pay.
