由于受历史体制的影响,祁阳电力局配网线损管理存在很多的问题:配网基础薄弱,配网关系不清;计量装置陈旧,超期淘汰表计多,电表安装超高等问题,集中体现在线损管理粗放,台区线损偏高等方面。2011年,借助永州电业局“少损一度电”活动的春风,祁阳电力局统一行动部署,全面贯彻执行。通过近一年的艰辛努力,彻底扭转了长期以来存在的线损偏高、管理不善的局面,线损和营销管理取得初步成效。
