为探讨原发性闭角型青光眼的发病机理 ,采用彩色超声多普勒成像 (CDI)对 115例原发性闭角型青光眼患者的眼血流动力学改变进行了检测 ,结果发现 ,急、慢性闭角型青光眼患者各组眼动脉和视网膜中央动脉的血流参数指标均表现为收缩期峰值速度 (PSV)、舒张末期速度 (EDV)和平均血流速度 (AV)的降低 ,阻力指数(RI)和搏动指数 (PI)的升高。在各血流参数中以急性闭角型青光眼急性发作期组的变异最显著 ,慢性闭角型青光眼组次之 ,急性闭角型青光眼慢性期组再次之。说明原发性闭角型青光眼患者的眼动脉和视网膜中央动脉的血流速度下降明显 ,血流阻力增加 ,眼局部血液循环障碍。
To investigate the pathogenesis of primary angle-closure glaucoma, the ocular hemodynamic changes in 115 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma were examined by color Doppler sonography (CDI). The results showed that acute, Chronic angle-closure glaucoma in each group of the ophthalmic artery and the central retinal artery flow parameters were manifested as peak systolic velocity (PSV), end-diastolic velocity (EDV) and mean velocity (AV) decreased resistance index RI) and pulsatility index (PI). Among the parameters of blood flow, acute angle closure glaucoma had the most significant variation in the acute episode group, followed by chronic angle closure glaucoma group and acute angle closure glaucoma group again. Description of primary angle-closure glaucoma in patients with central retinal artery and retinal blood flow velocity decreased significantly increased resistance to blood flow, eye local blood circulation disorders.
