网络的运行维护管理在当今的电信运营中起着重要的作用.我国电信网络发展迅速,网管系统却相对落后,造成网络效率低下,无法适应数字化、智能化的发展趋势.如何借鉴国外各大电信运营公司的经验,把网络的运行维护管理从人工分散的管理方式向自动化、集中化方向过渡是摆在我们面前的重大课题.
