《体育与健康》课程标准明确提出:“教学要以学生发展为中心,重视学生的主体地位”。学校体育教育作为以实践性操作为主的一门学科,十分强调学生的主动、自觉与积极参与学习的态度,即突出学生学习的主体性。这是新课程中的思想精髓,旨在通过学生学习方式的转变达到学习结果有质的变化。教学是实施教育的基本途径,而教育的实施与接受最终要落实在学生的身上。在整个教学过程中,教师的教,与学生的学,构成了教学赖以生存进行的两个并且统一的活动体系。因此,在教学中应以人为本,充分发挥学生的主体性。
“Physical education and health” curriculum standards put forward clearly: “Teaching should take student development as the center, attach importance to the dominant position of students ”. School physical education as a practical operation of a subject, attaches great importance to students’ active, conscious and active participation in learning attitude, that is, highlighting the subjectivity of student learning. This is the essence of the ideas in the new curriculum. It aims to achieve qualitative changes in the learning outcomes through changes in the way students learn. Teaching is the basic way to implement education, and the implementation and acceptance of education will eventually be implemented on the students. Throughout the teaching process, the teaching of the teachers and the learning of the students form the two unified systems of activities upon which teaching depends. Therefore, teaching should be people-oriented, give full play to the students’ subjectivity.
