随着近年来我国对水电建设投资的加大,再加上水电施工企业竞争的加剧,很多水电企业开始认识到企业的财务管理对企业在市场竞争中取胜,具有越来越重要的作用。本文根据水电施工企业点多面广、资金分散、不便于财务管理的现状,对提高施工企业会计信息质量提出几点自己的措施。本文具体谈到了狠抓会计基础工作,提高会计信息质量;加快财务会计信息化建设步伐;建立动态会计信息平台;建立信息系统管理制度等方面的内容。以期给达到降低企业经管理风险,促成水电施工企业的社会效益和经济效益的最大化提供参考。
With the increasing investment in hydropower construction in China in recent years, coupled with the intensified competition among hydropower construction enterprises, many hydropower enterprises are beginning to realize that the financial management of enterprises plays an increasingly important role in winning the competition in the market. Based on the current situation of hydropower construction enterprises with a large area, scattered funds and inconvenient financial management, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the quality of construction enterprise accounting information. This article specifically talked about pay close attention to the basic accounting work to improve the quality of accounting information; accelerate the pace of construction of financial accounting information; establish a dynamic accounting information platform; establish information system management system and so on. The purpose is to provide reference for reducing the management risk of enterprises and promoting the social benefits and economic benefits of hydropower construction enterprises.
