钢锻(见图1)是水泥生产设备球磨机的主要易损件之一。φ1500×5700球磨机满载时用钢锻8吨,计80000只。其质量好坏对水泥质量影响很大。对钢锻的主要技术要求是耐磨性能要好,使用寿命长。因为每更换一次钢锻,必须停产,又得付出艰苦的劳动。因此,研制出耐磨性能好的钢锻,是矿山机械制造厂的迫切任务。钢锻生产通常是采用传统的砂型铸造工艺,材料多为灰铸铁。为提高硬度和耐磨性,铸件需经热处理。这样不可避免地存在如下问题:1.生产成本高;2.生产周期长;3.铸件表面较粗糙(砂型铸造);4.成品率低(耗于浇注系统的铁水占20%以上);
Steel forging (see Figure 1) is one of the main wearing parts for the ball mill for cement production equipment. φ1500 × 5700 ball mill filled with steel forging 8 tons, 80000 only. The quality of its great impact on the quality of cement. The main technical requirements for steel forging wear resistance is better, long service life. Because every change of steel forging, must be discontinued, they have to pay hard work. Therefore, the development of good wear resistance of steel forging, mining machinery manufacturing plant an urgent task. Steel forging production is usually using the traditional sand casting process, the material is mostly gray cast iron. To improve the hardness and wear resistance, castings need to be heat treated. This inevitably has the following problems: 1. High production cost; 2. Long production cycle; 3. Casting surface rough (sand casting); 4. Low yield (hot metal pouring system accounted for more than 20%);
