胎膜早破是产科常见并发症之一,以往因其易造成一系列母婴不良后果,影响产程进展,被人们视为分娩中的一大不利因素。本文通过对胎膜早破病例产程的分析,着重探讨胎膜早破对产程及分娩过程的影响。 一、胎膜早破定义: 指在临产前任何时间发生胎膜破裂者。也有学者称这一时期的破膜为前期破膜。 二、资料来源: 本文选用1986年1月至1987年12月间在我院分娩的符合上述定义的胎膜早破病例(以下简称早破膜组),共177例,并随机选择同时期分娩的头位非胎膜早破者(以下简称对照组)156例做为对照。 三、结果: 1.发生率:同期分娩总数为1572名,胎膜早破为177例,发生率为11%。 2.分娩方式:胎膜早破177例中,头位产164例(93%),臀位产13例(7%)。阴道分娩144例占81%,剖宫产33例占19%,其中8例为臀位剖宫产。
Premature rupture of membranes is a common complication of obstetrics, past due to its easy to cause a series of adverse consequences of maternal and infant, affecting the progress of labor, was seen as a major adverse childbirth. In this paper, premature rupture of membranes cases of labor analysis, focusing on the impact of premature rupture of membranes on labor process and childbirth. First, the definition of premature rupture of membranes: refers to the rupture of membranes at any time before labor. Some scholars have also claimed that rupture of membranes in this period is rupture of membranes in the early stage. Second, the source: This article selected January 1986 to December 1987 in our hospital in line with the definition of premature rupture of membranes cases (hereinafter referred to as early rupture membrane group), a total of 177 cases, and random selection of simultaneous delivery 156 cases of non-premature rupture of membranes (hereinafter referred to as the control group) as a control. Third, the results: 1. Incidence: The same period the total number of deliveries was 1572, 177 cases of premature rupture of membranes, the incidence was 11%. 2. mode of delivery: 177 cases of premature rupture of membranes, the first production 164 cases (93%), breech 13 cases (7%). Vaginal delivery 144 cases accounted for 81%, 33 cases of cesarean section accounted for 19%, of which 8 cases of breech cesarean section.
