[目的]了解宁阳县医疗机构艾滋病检测情况,为艾滋病防治工作提供依据。[方法]对2008～2010年在宁阳县乡镇以上医疗机构就诊的术前病人、孕产妇、受血及血制品病人艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体检测资料进行分析。[结果]2008～2010年累计检测3类人群32 510人,检出HIV感染者4例(术前病人2例、孕产妇2例)。HIV抗体检测率,术前病人为83.10%,孕产妇为85.83%,受血及血制品病人为97.34%(P<0.01);2008年为71.33%,2009年为84.25%,2010年为99.27%(P<0.01)。[结论]宁阳县医疗机构手术病人、受血及血制品病人、孕产妇HIV抗体检测率与HIV感染率均较高。
[Objective] To understand the detection of AIDS in medical institutions in Ningyang County and provide the basis for AIDS prevention and treatment. [Methods] The data of HIV antibody test in preoperative patients, maternal, blood and blood products patients from 2008 to 2010 in medical institutions in villages and towns above Ningyang County were analyzed. [Results] A total of 32 510 people in three categories were detected from 2008 to 2010, and 4 cases of HIV infection were detected (2 preoperative patients and 2 pregnant women). The detection rate of HIV antibody was 83.10% in preoperative patients, 85.83% in pregnant women and 97.34% in patients receiving blood and blood products (71.3% in 2008, 84.25% in 2009 and 99.27% in 2010) (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The detection rate of HIV antibody and the HIV infection rate of surgical patients, blood donors and blood products patients in Ningyang medical institutions are higher than those in pregnant women.
