近年来,潍坊市认真贯彻中央和省市关于军转安置的有关精神,以全面落实“四项管理制度”为切入点,积极探索创新军转干部自主择业管理服务模式,走出了一条既当协调员、又当宣传员,既当服务员、又当管理员的特色之路,为解除部队干部的后顾之忧,促进改革发展和军队现代化建设作出了积极的贡献。去年以来,潍坊市财政为自主择业军转干部支出地方补助1841.5万元,其中医疗保险637.5万元、住房补贴915万元、冬季取暖费253万元。
