目的探讨子宫脂肪平滑肌瘤的超声图像特点,提高超声诊断的准确率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实为子宫脂肪平滑肌瘤的12例患者的超声图像特点、病理结果及患者临床信息。结果所有患者术前均进行彩色超声检查,图像大多数表现为边界清楚的高回声。结论子宫脂肪平滑肌瘤的超声表现有一定的特征性,有助于提高术前诊断的准确率。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of uterine leiomyoma of the ultrasonography and improve the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the features of ultrasound images, pathological findings and clinical information of 12 patients with uterine leiomyoma confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results All patients underwent color sonography before operation. Most of the images showed clear hyperechias. Conclusion The uterine leiomyoma has some characteristics of ultrasound, which can help to improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis.
