建立丰富的血管网为骨组织供应充足的氧和营养物质,排出机体的代谢物是骨成活和生长的基本条件。用骨组织工程构建骨的生物替代物同样需要考虑其是否建立了丰富的血管网。目前,对骨组织工程中血管生成的研究已经引起众多研究者的重视,特别是与血管形成相关的影响因素,如细胞、支架材料等。这对骨组织工程的发展将是重要的一步,并且在这方面的研究还在不断地深入。
The establishment of a rich vascular network of bone tissue supply sufficient oxygen and nutrients, excreted metabolites are the basic conditions for bone survival and growth. The use of bone tissue engineering to build bone biological alternatives also need to consider whether it has established a rich vascular network. At present, the research of angiogenesis in bone tissue engineering has attracted the attention of many researchers, especially the factors that affect angiogenesis, such as cells, scaffolds and so on. This will be an important step toward the development of bone tissue engineering, and research in this area is still going on.
