有关硒影响RNA分解代谢的报道较少。本文报道了低硒组、加硒组和西安组大鼠心、肝组织中核酸含量及RNA/DNA比值改变,溶酶体RNase活性改变及其与RNA含量的关系。同时观察了心、肝组织细胞浆蛋白质含量及肝TBA值。发现:低硒组大鼠心、肝的组织RNA含量减少,RNA/DNA比值显著下降,溶酶体游离酶/总酶活性比值升高,胞浆蛋白质减少,肝TBA值升高。此变化可能与低硒酶体内脂质过氧化增强,GSH-Px活性减低,溶酶体膜受损,RNA分解增加有关。
Selenium has little effect on RNA catabolism. This paper reports the changes of nucleic acid content and RNA / DNA ratio, changes of lysosomal RNase activity and its relationship with RNA content in heart and liver tissues of low-selenium group, selenium-added group and Xi’an group. At the same time, the heart and liver tissue cytoplasmic protein content and liver TBA values were observed. The results showed that the content of RNA in the heart and liver of the low selenium group decreased, the RNA / DNA ratio decreased significantly, the lysosomal free enzyme / total enzyme activity ratio increased, the cytoplasmic protein decreased and the liver TBA value increased. This change may be related to the increase of lipoperoxidase, the decrease of GSH-Px activity, the damage of lysosomal membrane and the increase of RNA decomposition in low selenium.
