Hutton“张力腿”式钻井平台的锚泊系统,包括横向载荷轴承和锚绳联结器(16个“张力腿”系绳各1个)。作为这些部件主要部分的锻造中心轴,在要求沿尺寸变化很大的整个载面上有均匀的机械性能方面,存在独特的问题。本文叙述了中心轴的制造过程,并且指出了实验性试验锻件中发现的屈服强度变化的详细情况以及屈服强度大小对CTOD(裂纹尖端张开位移)断裂韧性试验结果的影响。
Hutton “tension legs” drilling rig anchoring system, including the transverse load bearing and anchor rope coupling (16 “tension leg” one each). As a forged central shaft of the main part of these parts, there is a unique problem in that it requires uniform mechanical properties over the entire load-bearing surface that varies greatly in dimension. This paper describes the manufacturing process of the central shaft and points out the details of the yield strength changes found in experimental test forgings and the effect of yield strength on the fracture toughness test results of CTOD (crack tip open displacement).
