当下“股权众筹”在我国正值火热,但碍于目前的法律与政策环境,真正意义上的股权众筹仍未实现,小微企业在筹集资金方面仍面临很大障碍。因此,应该对照美国的经验,建立小型公开发行系统,细化股权众筹的信息披露规定以及建立股权众筹平台监督机制,以便在大力推进股权众筹解决企业融资困难的同时,防范投资者利益受损和国家金融安全。
At present, “equity crowdfunding” is hot in our country. However, due to the current law and policy environment, real equity crowdfunding has not yet been realized. Small and micro enterprises are still facing great obstacles in raising funds. Therefore, we should establish a small-scale public offering system according to the experience of the United States, refine the rules of information disclosure for equity crowdfunding and establish a monitoring mechanism for equity crowdfunding platform in order to prevent investors’ interests while vigorously promoting equity crowdfunding to solve the financing difficulties of enterprises Impaired and national financial security.
