四川省都江堰市今年开展“千人评中层”活动,将29个职能部门的54个中层科室定为评议对象,采取问卷调查评议、督查考评、网上评议等方法,对评议对象依法行政、工作作风、办事效率、廉洁从政四个方面进行调查测评,并公布评议结果排名,增强了中层科室工作人员的责任意识、服务意识和大局意识。
