With the advent of the 21st century, culture will play an increasingly greater role in the new century. Therefore, building a new Chinese culture in the new century has become an important task for the Chinese people. In the new century, Chinese culture should, under the guidance of Marxism, critically inherit the essence of traditional culture, absorb the reasonable elements of culture, integrate it with the practice of contemporary Chinese socialism, and build a new theory and system of cultural patterns
