课前调查、课堂观察、课后访谈,将成为我们平时提高课堂效率,落实学生主体地位的主要工作方法。在这过程中,更坚定了我们的理念:课堂教学的起点是学生,我们就要去了解他们,课堂教学的终点也是学生,我们就要蹲下来观察、倾听,真正让课堂成为学生数学思维训练的场地,让课堂真正成为学生思维飞翔的天空。
