国际高强度低合金钢工艺与应用会议于1983年10月3~6日在美国费城召开,参加会议有十六个国家,九十余篇文章。会上由Pickering,F.B.做主要动向报告。认为近20年来低合金钢的发展经历了前所未有的革命,这种革命涉及钢种发展较少而涉及应用已有知识去改善材料对工艺的适应性较多。发生这种革命的主要领域是高强度低合金钢。生产大部分高强度低合金钢要做到两点,即尽量采用轧钢工艺(不附加热处理)改善并提高钢材的综合性能;采用微合金元素及合适的添加剂炼钢以节约、代替稀缺或在战略上有价值的合金元素。与会文章
