This article discusses the symmetry of the teeth on both sides of Y7125 gear grinding machine, and analyzes the machine adjustment when grinding helical gears. Based on the introduction of the calculation method of absolute displacement adjustment, the method of calculating the relative displacement is deduced and the superiority of this method in actual production is evaluated.
