目的:探讨手术后辅助放射治疗对直肠癌保肛患者局部肿瘤复发的影响。方法:64例直肠癌保肛患者分为术后单纯化疗组(A组)和术后放疗后辅以化疗组(B组)各32例。A组于术后15 d行全盆腔常规分割照射治疗,照射总剂量为5000 cGY,后以CF+5-FU+L-OHP方案化疗6个周期。A组化疗方案及周期与术后放化疗组基本一致。比较两组的局部复发率。结果:随访3年,B组和A组肿瘤局部复发率分别为15.6%和43.75%(P<0.05)。结论:对直肠癌保肛患者术后进行辅助放疗有助于降低局部肿瘤复发。
Objective: To investigate the effect of postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy on local tumor recurrence in rectal cancer patients with anus preservation. Methods: Sixty-four patients with rectal cancer with anus were divided into two groups: group A (chemotherapy alone) and group B (chemotherapy B) after radiotherapy. Group A received routine pelvic radiotherapy at 15 days postoperatively. The total dose was 5000 cGY. The patients were treated with CF + 5-FU + L-OHP for 6 cycles. A group of chemotherapy regimens and cycles and postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy group basically the same. The local recurrence rate was compared between the two groups. Results: After 3 years of follow-up, the local recurrence rates in group B and group A were 15.6% and 43.75%, respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion: Adjuvant radiotherapy for rectal cancer patients with anus can help to reduce the recurrence of local tumor.
