本文根据组织培养中筛选出诱导天麻出芽好的培养基用于天麻的施肥，来研究不同的营养液对天麻生长、繁殖的影响，结果表明：１／２ＭＳ＋Ｄｒｏｐｐ０２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０２～０３ｍｇ／Ｌ＋蔗糖２０ｇ／Ｌ，或１／２ＭＳ＋Ｄｒｏｐｐ０５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋２４－Ｄ０２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋蔗糖２０ｇ／Ｌ是促进天麻繁殖、培养种麻有效的营养配方。１／２ＭＳ中的大量元素、微量元素加蔗糖２０ｇ／Ｌ是促进天麻营养生长、提高天麻产量、进行营养施肥的最佳配方。而且施肥后，均能提高天麻的品质。
In this paper, tissue culture was screened to induce budding good medium for Gastrodia elata fertilization, to study the effects of different nutrient solution on the growth and reproduction of Gastrodia elata, the results showed that: 1 / 2MS + Dropp0 2mg / L NAA0 2 ~ 0 3mg / L + sucrose 20g / L, or 1 / 2MS + Dropp05mg / L +24-D02mg / L + sucrose 20g / L is to promote Gastrodia elata, cultivate seedling effective nutritional formula. 1 / 2MS in a large number of elements, trace elements plus sucrose 20g / L is to promote Gastrodia vegetative growth, increase gastrodia yield, the best formula for nutrient application. And fertilization, can improve the quality of Gastrodia.
