党的十八大四中全会提出全面推进依法治国,建设中国特色社会主义法治体系的总目标。如决定中提出依法加强和规范公共服务,完善教育、就业、社会保障等方面的法律法规,这为加快现代职业教育法制建设指明了方向。因此,全面落实中央提出的依法治国重大战略决策,坚持依法办职教,进一步建立和完善现代职业教育和人才工作的法律法规,进一步建立和完善现代职业教育体系和机制,进一步建立和完善人才培养制度和用人机制,是推动现代职业教育和人才工作发展的重要基础。
