每当步入第四季度用气高峰时,人们都会格外关注“气荒”是否会到来。与往年天然气供应紧张从11月开始相比,今年的情况有些异常。刚进入初秋的9月,多地LNG价格就开始暴涨;尽管暴涨的行情在十一长假之后就开始缓和,但价格的波动并未完全停止。LNG价格过山车般波动的背后,有需求的变化,也有供应的变化,更多的因素则可能是累积的多重问题的叠加。
