目的研究并探讨MRI与CT联合应用对于提高肾癌TNM分期的准确度。方法对进行MRI与CT联合影像检查的100例肾癌患者的临床资料进行回顾并分析。结果 MRI与CT联合影像检查能准确地显示肿瘤的部位大小及形态并且对钙化敏感;清楚的显示肾脏形态的改变、假包膜和肿瘤的内部结构并且对出血敏感。结论 MRI联合CT有助于提高肾癌TNM分期的准确度,对早期诊断及治疗具有指导性意义,值得在临床进一步推广运用。
Objective To study and discuss the accuracy of MRI and CT in improving TNM staging of renal cell carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with renal cell carcinoma who underwent combined MRI and CT examinations were reviewed and analyzed. Results The combination of MRI and CT imaging can accurately show the size and shape of the tumor and is sensitive to calcification. It clearly shows the change of kidney morphology, the pseudocapsule and the internal structure of the tumor and is sensitive to bleeding. Conclusion MRI combined with CT can help to improve the accuracy of TNM staging of renal cell carcinoma, which is of guiding significance for early diagnosis and treatment. It is worth further clinical application.
