近年来,随着旅游业的发展,酒店行业也蓬勃发展,特别是随着全球经济快速发展,越来越多的国际大型活动的相继展开带动了对酒店各类人才的需求,各类中高职院校也纷纷开设酒店管理专业以培养适合酒店行业发展所需的人才。大好的就业前景对于以就业为最终目的的中职学生来说本应颇具吸引力,然而,经观察发现,相当一部分该专业学生学习目标不明确,无论是专业技能课还是实操课都提不起兴趣。且由于职业素养的缺乏和对自身认识不足导致学生适应工作的能力比较差,实习情况不佳。面对这种情况,中职学生应该做好职业规划,明确目标,打好基础,不断提高自身综合素质以适应酒店各岗位要求。
