本文应用矩阵法设计计算轴类零件,编制了一套计算机程序,并以游梁式抽油机减速器曲柄轴的设计计算为实例。由于应用了矩阵法,引用了各种系数的解析式,对于具有多种载荷方案,任选的多个截面,可同时算出静强度和疲劳强度,还能在计算机屏幕上显示出轴的受力图、弯矩图和扭矩图,并打印输出,从而可确定轴的合理截面尺寸,初步实现转轴类零件的CAD。
In this paper, the matrix method is used to design and calculate the shaft parts, and a set of computer program is compiled. The design and calculation of the crankshaft of the reducer of the beam pumping unit is taken as an example.
