经济法的基本原则是经济法学的基本问题,在进行经济法学研究的时候,经常作为经济法的研究对象。目前阶段的,关于我国的经济法的基本原则有很多的说法,这就可以看出我国在该研究上不是很成熟,其理论仍需要完善。我国目前确定的经济法的基本原则不够完备,但随着经济法的不断发展和进一步的深入,对经济法的研究也越来越重要,同时完善经济法的基本原则也是具有重要的意义,同时也标志着我国经济法学理论的日趋成熟。
The basic principle of economic law is the basic problem of economic law. When conducting economic law research, it is often the object of study of economic law. At this stage, there are many explanations on the basic principles of our country’s economic law. This shows that our country is not very mature in this research and its theory still needs improvement.
