报告分析了广东工业主体科研机构知识产权的管理状况、竞争态势、机制建设、需求分析和制约因素,在此基础上提出工业主体科研机构建设现代知识产权管理体系的思路,并提出“成果产权化—产权产业化—市场竞争优势化—知识产权文化”的路径,最后从专设机构、完善创造机制、建立保护机制、强化运营机制等方面提出有关对策建议。
The report analyzes the management status, competitive situation, mechanism construction, demand analysis and constraints of intellectual property in scientific research institutes of industrial subjects in Guangdong. On the basis of this analysis, the author puts forward the idea of establishing modern intellectual property management system by industrial research institutes and proposes “ - industrialization of property rights - advantage of market competition - culture of intellectual property ”, and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of establishing specialized agencies, perfecting and creating mechanisms, establishing protection mechanisms and strengthening operational mechanisms.
