西宁市统计局结合新一轮解放思想大讨论和全市经济热点、难点问题,组织广大统计人员深入开展调查研究,取得了较好成效,受到了市委、市政府领导的肯定和好评。今年以来,市统计局深入开展转变作风年、调查研究年活动,加大了调研分析力度,分阶段确定调研课题下发处室,责任到人进行调研。从年初至今,全局统计业务人员已撰写有情况、有探讨、有建议的统计分析报告30余篇。省委常委、市委书记张裔炯在统计资料第二十五期《关于2010年西宁GDP占全省二分之一的探讨》一文中批示:“此篇分析提出了许多新观点,
