欧债危机、中东北非动荡、南海风云莫测……世界经济进入经济大动荡、体系大变革、格局大调整的新阶段。经济全球化趋势不可逆转,国际秩序复杂变迁,调整改革成为潮流,全球面临纷繁复杂的多重挑战,战略格局在动荡和不确定中艰难前行。国际金融危机令世界力量此消彼长,尽管美欧实力相对减弱,但发达国家的综合影响力和核心竞争力领先的格局并未动摇。国际力量的发展仍不平衡,南北经济规模仍不对称,突发性事件牵一发而动全身。
The debt crisis in Europe, the turmoil in the Middle East and North Africa, the unpredictable South China Sea ... The world economy has entered a new phase of economic turmoil, system reform and pattern readjustments. The trend of economic globalization is irreversible. As the international order is complicated and changing, the readjustment of reforms has become the trend. The world faces numerous and complicated multiple challenges. Its strategic pattern is struggling with turmoil and uncertainty. Despite the relative weakening of the strength of the United States and Europe, the global financial crisis has shrunk the world’s forces. However, the leading pattern of the comprehensive influence and core competitiveness of the developed countries has not waver. The development of international forces is still not balanced. The economic scale of both North and South is still not symmetrical. All sudden emergencies have taken the lead.
