RGD肽在肿瘤分子靶向显像和治疗中具有广阔的应用价值,到目前为止对RGD肽的研究已经非常深入,用不同的放射性核素对RGD肽进行标记的方法也已经基本成熟,研究的热点主要集中在对RGD结构的改进修饰中,但仍存在一些问题值得深入探索。全文就不同放射性核素标记RGD肽的应用现状与研究进展作一综述。
RGD peptides have broad application value in tumor molecular targeted imaging and treatment. So far the research on RGD peptides has been very deep. The methods of labeling RGD peptides with different radionuclides have also been basically mature. The hot spots mainly focus on the improvement and modification of the RGD structure, but there are still some problems worth exploring in depth. The paper reviewed the application status and research progress of different radionuclide labeled RGD peptides.
