今天的中国企业面临各种各样的问题,其中最核心的是赚钱越来越不容易,增长越来越困难。这样的情况下,企业如何突围?如何发展?第一,转变思维定式。中国的企业必须学会在市场当中生存,要从依赖于政府关系赚钱转向依靠企业的核心竞争力赚钱,要从搞定政府走向搞定市场、搞定客户。第二,制定正确的战略。制定战略不能简单地归结为寻找能赚钱的项目。实际上,凡是以赚钱为目标制定战略的企业一般是不会真正成功的。战略目标应该是一个大目标,这个目标是说你在哪一个行业最有可能做成最具竞争力的企业,究竟你为什么存在,你能为人类创造什么样的价值。
